Updated Brian Keller VM–VS 2013.3

The famous Brian Keller VM, which contains a fully-configured TFS 2013 and Visual Studio 2013 has been updated to include Update 3.  It includes a great set of Hands-on-Labs that you can use to get information on the great features of TFS and Visual Studio.
